Shipment / Disclaimer

► For international orders, Remote Area Surcharge (RAS), if applicable, will be notified before shipping and must be paid at that time.

Return

► We regret to inform you that return pickup service is currently unavailable from our end. Customers will need to arrange return shipping through any courier service and bear the return shipping costs for items being returned.

► Returned products must be in their original, unused, and unfolded condition, with all supporting documents such as tags, invoice, and packaging intact.

► If the replacement is due to an error or fault from our side, no additional charges will be applied for the replacement.

► International orders are not eligible for return or exchange at present.

► Any complaints regarding damage, stains, or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with images for verification.

► Exchanges will be entertained only for damaged or defective products.

► Refunds are not available for non-damaged products.
